Participants will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by utilizing the techniques and concepts of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the seven key competencies of the Lean Enterprise during this four-day Implementing SAFe course with SPC certification. You'll put your coaching skills to the test by launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), empowering a Lean portfolio, and fostering a DevOps culture.
To implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation and lead the company to success in disruptive, quick-moving markets, you must become a change agent and a Certified SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC).
Exam: After completing the course, candidates take a certification exam. Passing the exam demonstrates mastery of SAFe principles and the ability to implement SAFe effectively. The exam is typically online, multiple-choice, and requires an 80% passing score or higher.
Certification and Membership: Upon passing, candidates earn the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification, which includes a one-year membership to the SAFe Community Platform. This membership provides ongoing access to resources, collaboration tools, and updates on SAFe practices.
Eligibility and Preparation: Candidates are expected to have a solid understanding of Agile and SAFe principles before attending. The course is suited for consultants, managers, Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and others responsible for leading Agile transformations
