Course Description
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills is an interactive course designed to help teams and individuals develop proficiency in facilitation skills, so that they can help teams better solve problems, build consensus and foster transparency.
Great Scrum Teams are self-managing, cross-functional and have the ability and skills necessary to drive to successful outcomes. However, team interactions don’t always go as expected and can cause conflict or roadblocks. Effective facilitation can help the team move forward toward their desired outcomes.
In this one-day skills-building course, participants will learn how to become better facilitators to create better interactions with their Scrum Teams, stakeholders and customers. They will learn how to adopt facilitation as a stance and enable the Scrum Values. Students will have the opportunity to address a series of common Scrum-related scenarios by applying several facilitation techniques that they can add to their collection of agile practices. They will create and leave with their own facilitation “plan” to improve their next team discussion or Sprint event.

Assessment & Certifications
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills assessment. PSFS class participants who attempt the PSFS assessment within 14 days of the class and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Can you help me with the exam details of SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)?1. Exam name –SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master Exam 2. Exam format – Multiple choice; Multiple select. 3. Exam delivery – Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, time boxed 4. Exam access – Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe® Scrum Master course. 5. Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam. 6. Number of questions – 45 7. Passing score=33 out of 45 (73%) 8. Language – English 9. Exam cost – First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50 as per the current policy from Scaled Agile INC. 10. Retake policy – Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. What are the SAFe Scrum Master exam requirements, including the passing score?Online testing for the SAFe Scrum Master certification is closed-book. From where can I access the exam link?Scaled Agile, Inc. will send you a welcome email after your 16-hour course is over. The URL that will connect you to the exam website is included in this email.

Can I pause the test and come back to it later?No, you won't be allowed to pause the test and you'll only have 90 minutes to do it. You can open the window again right away if you unintentionally close it. You must contact support@scaledagile.com if you are unable to access the test for a lengthy period of time or lose your internet connection.

Can I request a re-evaluation if I don't pass?The exam is not subject to re-evaluation. You can retake the test if you don't pass, though.

If I don't pass the SAFe Scrum Master certification exam, can I take it again? By when?If the exam is taken within 30 days after the end of the course, the first try is indeed included in the course registration cost. Each additional retake costs $50. It is possible to take the exam again right away after failing the first time. The waiting time is 10 days for the third try and 30 days for the fourth.
