Enterprises that have completed the above steps and implemented the SAFe roadmap up to the level of transformation of a portfolio into development value streams. The enterprises have achieved business agility, reduced time to market delivery, quality product, increased productivity, and employee engagement. After achieving this, most enterprises assume that they have achieved the transformation, and the work of transformation is completed considering this as an end.
