A member of an Agile team who is a Certified SAFe® Agile Software Engineer is familiar with the fundamental ideas and procedures that make up the discipline of Agile Software Engineering. The Agile Software Engineer is aware of contemporary approaches, such as XP technical practices, Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD), and Test-Driven Development, enable the continuous flow of value delivery and building in quality (TDD).
In a SAFe Continuous Delivery Pipeline, the Agile Software Engineer also embraces tried-and-true methods for modeling, designing, implementing, verifying, and validating stories.
You will learn the techniques for creating high-quality code (abstraction, encapsulation, deliberate programming) and designs throughout this three-day course (SOLID, Design patterns). SAFe® 6.0 Agile Software Engineer Exam is the name of the test.

Multiple-choice and multiple-select are the exam formats.

Exam delivery: online (single-browser), timed, closed-book, no outside help.

Exam access: After passing the SAFe® Agile Software Engineering course, candidates can access the exam on the SAFe Community Platform.

Exam time: After it starts, candidates have 120 minutes (2.0 hours) to finish the test.

There are 60 questions.

42 out of 60 (or 70%) is the required passing mark.

If the exam is taken within 30 days after course completion, the first attempt is covered by the course registration fee. Every retake costs $50 USD.

The second exam attempt (first retake) may be made right away following the first try. Ten days must pass before the third attempt. Thirty days must pass after the fourth attempt.

From where can I access the exam link?Scaled Agile, Inc. will send you a welcome email after your 16-hour course is over. The URL that will connect you to the exam website is included in this email.

Can I pause the test and come back to it later?No, you won't be allowed to pause the test and you'll only have 90 minutes to do it. You can open the window again right away if you unintentionally close it. You must contact support@scaledagile.com if you are unable to access the test for a lengthy period of time or lose your internet connection.
